Bermuda Open™ Spring Workshop Ticket Terms & Conditions

 

By purchasing a ticket for the Bermuda Open™ Spring Workshop (the “Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticket Policy

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather conditions, or illness.
  • Tickets are valid only for the specific session and date selected at the time of purchase.

2. Event Participation

  • The Bermuda Open™ Spring Workshop is a structured event featuring sessions for Students, Active Players & Coaches, and Executives & VIPs. Each session has a designated time slot and format, which will be communicated in advance.
  • Attendees must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time without compensation.
  • Participants must adhere to all event rules, dress codes, and code of conduct as outlined by event organizers and coaching staff.

3. Liability & Waiver

  • Participation in the Bermuda Open™ Spring Workshop involves physical activity. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.
  • The Bermuda Open™, event organizers, sponsors, and coaching staff are not liable for any injuries, lost or stolen items, or other damages incurred before, during, or after the event.
  • All participants (or their legal guardians, in the case of minors) must sign a liability waiver prior to participation.

4. Event Modifications & Cancellations

  • The Bermuda Open™ reserves the right to modify event details, including session structure, schedule, and location, as necessary.
  • In the rare event of cancellation by the organizers, tickets may be refunded or credited towards a future event at the sole discretion of the Bermuda Open™ team.

5. Media Release & Use of Likeness

  • By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant Bermuda Open™ the right to use your likeness for promotional, marketing, and media purposes, without compensation.

6. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bermuda.
  • Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or event participation shall be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of Bermuda.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
